Some lessons are as follows:-
Don't be over smart:- its important to be smart but in limit, because if it is out of limit then it will create problem for everyone and it will create disaster for us, and if you stop learning the things then you never be successful .
If you can't do it yourself then start outsorce :- suppose you are in loss but you don't know how to out by the situation, so start outsorce your work and take help with those people who have experience for that work, so understand your weakness and work on it, and never go in negative direction, 1st understand the problem then work on it.
Quality control :- it's important to understand the product which you made and by which your company is growing so quality control is important to maintain the quality of that product and don't be stop and relax, always like never give up, if you have only one product then made their new version. And start work with new tools and techniques.
Brand building:- when we see iPhone then what you think and when you see nirmaa then what you think, it's not any comparison but it's image building thing, as nirmaan and iPhone is different product with their own identity so ita important to understand the image that what is important a quality or a quantity because everything is matter for us.
Team work :- as an individual person you only win but if you have team then you create a history and inspiration, it's important to make a small team so that you can work with a great and nice way with less time, but your partner must be loyal, if not then make another plan which you only know.
Never underestimated your competitors:-
Never thunk that your compitiors are weak because they are also work on winning part, so start listen yourself and work on yourself and think about your compitiors also because they helps you to win.
Do exactly as your clients say :-
Don't do against them, if anyone give suggestions then take it and work on that, it's not that you feel bad but sometimes your client help you to grow and understand the points which you can't, so accept your weakness and work on that after that your clients start believe on you.
To sell be diplomatic :- it's important to be diplomatic because everyone want to that their products will famous and they always want to win so always work on sells part because when you work on that part it helps to make your product more profitable.
Respect your team members :- it's important to respect your team members because if you blame them then you can't win in any situation, so if you take care for them then everyone like you so be a boss that know the technique that how I contribute, so by taking suggestions and ideas.
Performance based incentives :- the person who perform well then appreciate them with give cheque and gift and letter so that they will motivate you with better way and they will more with your company.
Downsizing:- sometime a good manager have to fire people because their is no need for them and sometimes they are not work according to them so every manager have to do for management.
I think this movie cover whole management because, in organization sometimes situation is very bad, so how to work on that so this movie help us to learn about management .
