Nike sponsers so many sports shoes and there trade mark is "just do it".
this company also help with attitude concept in organisational behavior.

Worldwide:-  nike is most preferred brand in worldwide for sports brand  and have so much trust of consumer because of their quality. 
Brand :- because of their high performance nike make themselves as a brand.

Greater market share:- as for the people, sports is so much important to play, so nike have the values for customer that they easily trust for the brand. As their share is 140.63 . 
Customer focus:-  as they always focus on customer as try to accomplish with their great objectives. 

Streatgy :- the streatgy use by this company always have use innovative ideas so that it helps to make more customer to take their products.

Company's workforce is overall 45% so it is diversity issue as they have only in marketing not other action taken by them.
