Appreciate the unique challenges that India
faces in providing education to all children, irrespective of their gender,
economic status, or location.
The major challenges
faced by the education system in India
·
So many expenses to do study
·
Unskilled study system
·
Less school in rural areas
·
Not gives the right direction to students
·
Teachers are more than student
·
Because of lack of infrastructure
·
Not a good quality so they have to go outside of the country
v
The challenges are known by everyone but the challenges
not accepted by the people. so, the foundation helps to know about the
circumstances about the project and the foundation give helps to much more helpful
in every condition so they come upon challenged learners in regular classes,
equity, infrastructural barriers, etc.
v It is very difficult to identify that only 50% are going to school other 50% children are labor only some states have good literacy but others have not such so challenges are also there but acceptance is required
Analyze APF’s strategy to
bring about a transformation in the primary education sector in India and
evaluate the results achieved.
·
As the objective of any education system is to the benefit that nowadays a concept of mid-day
meal and Aparna bhajan are for students and they have a free education in organization to work on. if any investment is done the 40 % from the company also give to the school.
·
The students also near to speak a new language in
the organization some rules are as follows
-
Every student has to learn prayer
- - Also, give some creative skills to students
- - Games and sports to active students who want to
learn something new
- - They give training to teachers so that they use
new method to teaching
- - Every month they conduct a workshop for
students
- - Every month there are some programs for students
·
The Policy reaffirms that bridging social gaps
in access, outcomes in school education will continue to be one of the major
goals of all education sector development programmers.
·
Many government and non-government surveys as by NCERT pattern so that education will be
free in a right way and also understand the importance of study with a way to
identification of plan.
There
can be four major contributors to policy failure
So
, NEP 2020 need to work upon a few major
challenges.
Draw
up an action plan for APF to overcome the challenges it faces and scale up its
activities.
·
The small size projects may help to work
on a great way and it will unexpected to write the main aspects of the right area
to work according to dream of school to change the dimension and change the
lifestyle the main increment.
To
draw one up, simply list the tasks you need to carry out to achieve your
objective, to complete them. (This is very simple,
but it is still very useful!)Use the three-step process below to help you:
Apply the principles of change management
to APF’s efforts to transform the primary education sector in India.
Successful change
management relies on four core principles:
-Understand the parameter Changes.
-Plan Change to understand market dimension.
- Implement
Change in the project
-Communication Change
arise
Understand the parameter Changes:-
To successfully promote
the benefits of the change, you need to understand them yourself. So, think
about:
Why you need to change.
What are your key objectives?
What will the benefits of
the change be to the organization?
How will it impact people
positively?
How will it affect the
way that people work?
What will people need to
do to successfully achieve the change?
·
It can also be helpful to think about what
the negative outcomes of not making the change would be. Bechard and Harris'
Change Equation shows that, for change
to work, there has to be sufficient dissatisfaction with the old way of doing
things.
·
But people also need to feel confident
that the new approach will be better – and that there's a clear route to get
there.
Principle 2: Plan
Change to understand the market dimension
·
Effective change :-. The way that change projects are managed
can vary from organization to organization. Some have very rigid change
methodologies, while others are more open and flexible in their approach.
·
Sponsorship. :-How
will you secure, engage and use high-level support and sponsorship of the
change
·
Involvement. :-Who
is best positioned to help you to design and implement the change For example,
will you need external expertise Or use of internal resources
·
Buy-in. Change:-
is most effective when you can win support from people across the business.
·
Impact. :-Finally, think about what success should
look, predict and assess the impact of the change that you need to make.
.
Principle 3: -
Implement Change in the project:-
- The Change Model helps to elaborate to made .for example, explains how to inject a
sense of urgency into your actions so that you build momentum and encourage
everyone to get behind your changes.
- The Change Curve reminds you to be mindful of people's
feelings while putting your plan into action. It shows the stages that we all
tend to go through during organizational change – from shock and denial.
-Ensure that everyone
involved in the changes understands what needs to happen – and what it means
for them.
Principle 4: Communication
Change arises
-
Communication can be a make-or-break
component of change management. The change that you want to implement has to be
clear and relevant, so people understand what you want them to do and why they
need to do it.
-
But
also have to set the right tone, so that get the emotional reaction hoping for.
-
It's a good idea to link the changes that
you're planning to your organization's mission or vision statements.
-
Not only will this help people to see how
the change positively impacts the "bigger picture," it will also
provide them with an inspiring, shared vision of the future.
.
Prepare a framework to assess the social
impact of APF’s efforts on the education sector.
Critically evaluate Azim Premji’s
philanthropic initiative in terms of creating an impact on society.
-
The Azim Premji Foundation, a
not-for-profit organization in India was established in 2001 to try and make
significant and long-term contribution to national development through its vision of facilitating a just, equitable, humane, and sustainable society.
-
After evaluating various areas that needed
attention and intervention such as health, poverty, nutrition, and education,
the foundation had chosen to focus on education and related development areas.
-
Within the sphere of education, the foundation had decided to focus on school education for the direct impact and
significant multiplier effect that emanated from education.
Situation Analysis
-Premji was initially faced with a dilemma
in choosing between the education and health sectors, as he felt both were
vital for a country and were potential avenues for philanthropy in India.
-A series of deliberations between Premji
and his long-time associate, Dilip Ranjekar, resulted in his zeroing in on the idea of contributing to the education sector, as he felt that education was the vehicle that would have the desired ripple effect on other concerns of the nation like health, sanitation, livelihood, etc.
- Premji was raised in a
culture of economy, prudence, and care when it came to spending money and other
resources. Despite being among the wealthiest citizens of the world, he shied
away from a flashy lifestyle.
CONCLUSION

India faces in providing education to all children, irrespective of their
gender, economic status, or location.
-Analyze APF’s strategy to bring about a
transformation in the primary education sector in India and evaluate the
results achieved.
