 -we can troll the brand as long as we want, but can't deny the fact that they are on top because they are perfect in all strategies.

- If the customer is mispronouncing the name of the company's product, employees are directed not to correct that pronouncing mistake.

- Employees are not supposed to sell the products but just help the customers:- The employee's job is to understand the customers and then re-assure them all their needs are going to be met by apple products.

- A new employee gets 40-hours a week of training for 5 days to learn about all the products in Apple.

- Apple promote their products through commercials and focusing on how the product is different from another company.

- They always provide new information about products to their customers.
